Cassie Memorial

Cassie, formerly Chica's Gail, adopted in January of 2006, left us to go to the bridge on Monday. We had a knot in our stomachs when we noticed a limp in the beginning of June… it was the dreaded osteosarcoma. She was the most spry and active 10 year old Grey you'd ever seen and I can't imagine her not zooming down the hall past me doing her afternoon sprints. Her sister Chicken, formerly Krystal, misses her very much. We've spent a lot of time cuddling, going to the beach, having lots of special treats since June. Our vet came to the house to let her go so she wasn't scared. Run free sweet girl.
