Anita

Anita, aka JJ's Agile Anita, is a 5.5 year old black female born September 7, 2013. Her sire is RA Blazer and her dam is JJ's Dash N Demi. Anita has 106 races on record in Florida from 2015 to 2017. She has not yet been tested with cats or small dogs.

There are a number of websites, including greyhound-data.com, that allow you to trace the pedigree and racing history of registered greyhounds by looking up their racing name or their sire and dam.

Anita is THE happiest greyhound I’ve ever come across. She loves hugs, and is wagging her tail and chattering excitedly every time she sees people. She has very good manners in the house, doesn’t beg or get on the furniture and will follow you into every room just to lay down beside you and watch.

Anita is excellent on the leash, and enjoys short walks around the block, or in the park where she can see other people. She is aware of pools and knows not to get into them, she’s house trained with a dog door and doesn’t mind using it at all. Stairs are still something she needs to conquer, but it’ll happen eventually. She is playful and loves her toys especially the ones that squeak. She had no problem with food transition and at this stage prefers to eat alone.

Anita will be a lovely addition to a forever home with plenty of people and a dog or two to pal around with.
